Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices but can be clearly seen during the check out process.

Payment is made through World Pay services. You will receive separate email notification from World Pay that your payment has been accepted.

Overseas Orders

The appropriate overseas postage service needs to be selected from the shipping method options contained within the checkout process.

Delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 7 working days.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are based upon the weight of the items to be sent. These are visible within the check out process.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability.

To purchase any product in the Puzzler shop simply click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you have finished choosing all of your items, carefully check that everything is correct within your basket and then continue with the check out process. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with your purchase return the goods to us, undamaged and in the original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please note we do not refund return postage on unsuitable items or cancelled orders. For your own protection we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
